Many people have heard that they need minerals that are removed in distillation and that distilled water can even leech minerals from the body.
So what is the truth about minerals?
- Minerals must be from a live source in order to be used nutrionally.
- Most water sources do not have minerals in a form that the body can assimilate and use nutritionally.
