I found a very clean lean template at OSWD.org quite a few years ago, around 2005 or 6.
I was looking all over the innerwebs at that time looking for designs I could break down and change/use as my imagination wanted to the problem with this one is it was very light/clean but had a ton of tables inside of tables and I had no idea how to work with them so I had to breack it down so I could use DIVs, no way was I going to try to figure out how to use tables for disgn I mean everyone knows their are for data, right. Well back then there was no drop-shadow: call in CSS, now with CSS3 it's no problem to add shadows to content blocks/text etc.
The first time I remade this it had divs around divs to make the shadows but now this one is using CSS3 for them so much cleaner.
And now I've made it responsive.
